The Supply Chain team is responsible for making sure the rarest materials, components - custom or otherwise, and precision tools move through the system without friction — and at volumes the world hasn’t attempted before; Think of lakhs of drones to be made in a single day

This isn’t just about sourcing parts. The processes we’re working with — for composites, tooling, and fabrication — are unconventional and constantly evolving. You’ll need to work with R&D, vendors, and manufacturing teams to solve problems no one has solved yet.

About Your Role; Problems To Solve

Ensuring uninterrupted availability of components and raw materials for R&D, composites and manufacturing by working closely with the inventory team and implementing effective planning systems.
Establishing robust processes, deploying and maintaining the right tools to enable seamless tracking of items, tools, and materials—including their movement, consumption, and wastage.
Maintaining operational discipline across teams in how inventory, tools, machines and components are handled to minimize errors, reduce losses, and ensure accountability. This includes optimized allocation of resources like machines (3D printers, Laser Cutter etc.)
Scaling systems and workflows to match Airbound’s ambitious growth while maintaining speed, precision, and quality.

What We Are Looking For

Possesses a sharp sense of judgment and a keen eye to flag inventory risks, shortages, or critical issues in real time.
Highly disciplined and process-driven, with a rule-oriented mindset to ensure zero wastage, proper documentation, and tight inventory control.
Highly proactive and meticulous in tracking the movement of materials across locations, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
