About Your Role; Problems To Solve
- Ensuring timely and accurate labour law compliance by coordinating with legal advisors and staying on top of regulatory updates.
- Overseeing housekeeping operations to maintain a clean, safe, and functional workspace across all facilities.
- Tracking and maintaining AMC schedules to ensure machinery uptime and minimize unplanned breakdowns.
- Maintaining an accurate record of company assets and ensuring their proper usage, allocation, and upkeep.
- Coordinating and delivering employee benefits such as food, travel, and accommodation in a timely and efficient manner.
- Supporting ongoing construction projects by managing on-ground needs and ensuring timely task execution.
- Taking ownership of building and infrastructure maintenance to ensure a high-functioning and safe physical environment.
What We Are Looking For
- A strong bias for action and a do-what-it-takes mindset to move fast and deliver results.
- Interpersonal maturity to uphold policies while handling people with empathy and fairness.
- A proactive approach to spotting gaps and driving implementation of better policies, tools and processes.
- High energy and a strong sense of ownership to help build and spread the company’s culture.
- Prior experience in hiring for tech companies, especially with an understanding of engineering hiring needs.
